Jessica, from Jessica Knows, recently challenged her readers to write down what they are all about in five lines or less. I love a good challenge, so playing off of Jessica’s creativity, I wrote five lines about ME using blog post links.

I honor my natural inner wisdom
love my children & love being a mom
my family is my foundation
joyful I’m a life coach and social media strategist
and adventure and travel still fuel me

To learn more about Jessica, check out her five lines.

Married my prince charming
have the most amazing 4 year old boy
love love love my job
but still the goofball I always was
and i’m always trying to stay grounded

Can you describe what you’re all about in five lines or less? If yes, write your five lines in the comments section!

  • I like this. I think there’s a lot of power in distillation.

I especially like that you identified your values that fuel you (adventure and travel … and those fuel me too.)

I also think it’s important to have a one-liner of your purpose and a one-liner for your super skill. I still work at it, but my personal brand is “getting results”, my super skill is “write the guides that change the world”, and my mission is “make others great.” It shapes and shifts as needed, but that’s a core and it helps me play to my strengths.

  • J.D. -I agree. Having one liners for your purpose, that may evolve over time, is important. My mission is “helping moms reclaim, rejuvenate, and re-balance their lives” and my super skill is “helping women listen to their natural inner wisdom”.
