CreateaBalance.com is reintroducing the Monday’s Meditation series. The intent is to slowly incorporate meditation in my life as a tool to help me live each day with intention. This week’s meditation is only 2 minutes long. My intent is to keep the meditations shorter than 5 minutes so I can easily incorporate them into my life.
