Looking for a new delicious drink to serve to your guests at your holiday party? Sauza’s warm winter margaritas are my holiday cocktail drink of choice this season. It is simply my favorite warm, sweet, and delicious cocktail.

If you are hosting a holiday party, Christmas party, New Years party, or simply want to sip a warm alcoholic drink this winter, I’m sure you will agree that Warm Winter Margarita’s are simply divine.

Ingredients – Serves 4:

  • 28 oz apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbs granulated sugar
  • 2 cups dried fruit of your choice (I use dried cranberries)
  • 6 oz of Sauza Silver Tequila

Preparation:

  1. Combine apple juice and cinnamon in a heavy pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cinnamon stick carefully.
  4. Add sugar, dried fruit, and tequila.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve warm.

I tasted my first warm winter margarita during Chicago’s fabulous Sauza sponsored Ladies Night In. I was given two bottles of tequila in my party bag to try out Sauza recipes at home. All I can say is YUM! Thank you Sauza and Chef Marcela and Beth Rosen for a fabulous fabulous ladies night in!
