Truth be told, dinner is my arch nemesis…yet I’m trying to become some sort of a foodie (I’m secretly eating licorice nibs right now, wishing I had a kitchen manager).

What exactly is a nib?

Anyways.

To me, eating healthy is all about keeping it easy, great taste, very filling, low fat, and low Weight Watchers points. Without a kitchen manager, this is very hard for me to manage.

So I was over the moon excited when I was invited to try Artizone, Chicago’s new specialty grocery delivery service. I immediately knew I was going to have fresh fish delivered to my door just in time for me to cook Shabbat dinner.

Artizone offered me the opportunity to shop online at Gepperth’s Meat Market, Great American Cheese, Green Grocer Chicago, Hagen’s Fish Market, Hendrickx Belgian Breadcrafter, Italian Superior Bakery, Katherine Anne Confections, and Pasta Puttana.

It’s been a long time since I had my groceries delivered, so I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Artizone van pull up. As a Friends and Family member, I received free delivery, but Artizone has a reasonable flat fee of $5.95 for delivery (it’s free if you spend more than $120).

Artizone Chicago Food DeliveryI purchased four mouth watering, fresh, ocean-raised boneless Atlantic Salmon Fillets from Hagen’s Fish Market, something I never would imagine doing without this delivery service.

Artizone Chicago Food DeliveryI made Spicy Peach Salmon, which was easy to make, delicious, and filling. I was a happy camper.

Here’s the recipe…

1/4 (cup) honey

Hot pepper sauce, to taste
