Whole Foods MarketAs a Whole Foods Market ambassador, I’m on a mission to learn and share all the amazing opportunities cost-conscious shoppers have while still enjoying the Whole Foods shopping experience. In other words, I’m on a mission to show you that Wholes Foods Market is far more than its “whole paycheck” image.

Here are 4 ways cost-conscious shoppers can save at Whole Foods Market…

1. Meatless Mondays

Whole Foods Market Meatless MondayEvery Monday from 4-7 pm, at the Hot Bar and Salad Bar, you can get a plateful for meatless choices for only $8/plate (lid must close).

I’ve been going to Whole Foods Market almost every Monday so far this year to grab dinner for my family. Not only is the food delicious and healthy, but I love that I don’t have to cook on Monday nights!

Have you tried Whole Foods Market’s salad bar or hot bar yet? It’s definitely worth checking out. Their Meatless Monday deal is a great opportunity to try new meatless foods at a very affordable price.

Some of the new foods I’ve tried from their hot bar and salad bar include smoked jackfruit, vegan chili, vegan smokey lentils, Asian cucumber and carrot salad, chili orange glazed sweet potato wedges, BBQ tofu, Caribbean vegetable medley, and tofu cacciatore.

2. Whole Foods Market Rewards App

WHOLE FOODS MARKET REWARDS

ONLY FOR PHILADELPHIA-AREA STORES

If you live in the Philadelphia area and shop at Whole Foods Market, you’ll definitely want to download and use their Whole Foods Rewards app.

The Whole Foods Market Rewards App…

Lets you earn points. You earn one point for every dollar spent.

Gives your opportunities to redeem points for a variety of free products, such as Whole Foods Market Organic Greek Yogurt, 365 Everyday Value Pretzels, Alaffia GoodSoap Bar Trio, and Engine 2 Plant Strong Cereal.

Allows you to redeem points for discounts, such as $5 off produce or $5 off wild-caught or responsibly farmed seafood.

Notifies you when items go on sale, making it easier for you to find the best deals on your favorite organic and natural foods. To give you some insight, the app recently notified me on sales for Fage Greek Yogurt, 365 Everyday Value Butter, Blue Diamond Dairy Almond Milk, Natures Path Waffles, Ciao Bella Gelato, Alexia Foods Potatoes, Muir Glen Canned Tomatoes, and Pacific Foods Broth & Stocks.

Give you coupons for a variety of items and brand. Coupons currently on my app include $3 off avocado cucumber sushi rolls, $2 off Back to Nature crackers and cereals, $2 off 365 Everyday Value vegan pizza, $2 off Neocell Super Collagen+C, $1 off Lundberg Rice Cakes, and $1 off organic strawberries

As you can see, there are now a variety of items and brands on sale at Whole Foods all the time. Plus, when you show your rewards barcode at checkout, you can also use bonus coupons found on the app.
